As the founder and president of Momentum, Craig has worked directly with more than 600 chambers across North America, providing strategic planning, member programs and AI consulting. He currently serves as interim executive director for the Niagara USA Chamber of Commerce (for which he served on the board for 7 years and chaired in 2024) and is a frequent speaker at chamber conferences nationwide. His insider knowledge of the chamber world – and the wonderful and colorful personalities within it – makes it the perfect backdrop for his cozy mystery series.
